Welcome to our new "Darts Club Photos" page! This collection of photos was taken at the Whyalla Darts Club which is located in Whyalla South Australia.
It was a men's Monday league night with 6 teams in attendance at the venue plus a few spectators. The club is run by the Whyalla Ladies darts league members, is a very popular venue, and is the only club in the city specifically catering for darts.
It's my favourite club to play from because there is always a spare board to warm up on, has very cheap bar prices and they sell darts equipment behind the bar.
Could this team have the highest average age in the world?
If you know of a darts team (of six) with a higher average age then please contact me and let me know. With a photo of course.
This is the Blue and Whites team from left George Clayton 83, Barney Carpenter 75, Jack White 64, Peter Mitchel 66, Mick Waugh 68 and Bill Roughsedge 80. That makes an average age of 72.7 if you don't count the months after their last birthday! Great bunch of blokes too!

Steve Warwick and Issy Davidson. Issy manages the bar for the club.
Olive Blackburn, tireless volunteer for the darts club.
Frank Ford who is a legend in Whyalla & South Australian darts.

Robert (Snowy) Spence & Paul Smith await their games.
