Terms and Conditions - Photo Competition

2. Entry to this competition is FREE and you may submit up to three entries per competition.

3. Entries can be submitted electronically after completing the entry form, and agreeing to these terms and conditions.

4. Only photos with a darts theme may be entered.

5. All photos must be suitable for a family oriented web site.

6. Photos may be edited by the webmaster to reduce file size and actual size due to bandwidth restrictions and to maintain uniformity.

7. Upon submittal of photos to darts-addiction.com you must agree to allow us to display them without restriction. This is only to protect us from copyright infringement & you will not lose your copyrights to the photos.

We will however remove any photos that you have submitted upon request if you have a valid reason although they will become ineligible for entry into the competition.

8. Photos may be displayed on the web site – Darts-addiction.com for promotional purposes if deemed to be suitable.

9. We will not sell or give away the rights to use your photos to any third party without seeking prior consent.

10. The Darts Photo competition will be judged by Chris Elsby, the owner of Darts-addiction.com.

11. The immediate family of the judge are not eligible to enter nor are his closest friends.

12. The competition will be drawn within one week of the end date of the competition.

13. Photos must meet the following criteria:

• Be in electronic format.

• Be of no more than 3MB in file size.

• Photos must have a darts theme. The more imaginative the better, even if they are “staged.” Photos of famous dart players are most welcome even if they have previously appeared on other sites as long as you "own" the rights.

• You must have a PayPal™ account to accept payment of prize money if you win. Payment in cash dollars may only be possible if you live in the city of Whyalla South Australia and only upon approval.

• Payment of prize will be in Australian dollars only.

• Winners will be announced on the Darts Addiction Competitions page and will also be notified by email.

• The judge, Chris Elsby, reserves the right to make changes to these terms & conditions at any time for any reason where legally permitted.
